Paul’s Pizza employs artisanal dough-handling approaches as taught by some of the world’s greatest breadmakers.These timeless methods produce an unparalleled crust with abundant flavour, complexity and character. Our dough is freshly-made daily and comprises of only four ingredients. The light crust is contrived through slow dough fermentation over a period of days.

Paul’s Pizza also specializes in using fresh, high quality and predominantly local produce to create exquisite yet simple flavours.
